Shipping policy

DESPATCH INFORMATION
We aim to dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of placing your order subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply the ordered product within 7 days, we will contact you to offer an alternative. Occasionally adverse weather conditions will affect the postal services and in these cases we will send the items out as soon as we possibly can. If you have any questions please contact us and we will update you as best we can.

POSTAL SERVICE
For UK orders, carriage is charged at £3.30 for 2nd Class and £4.50 for 1st Class under 500g. Orders between 500g and 5kg are charged at £4.68 for 2nd Class and £6.50 for 1st Class and orders over 5kg are charged at £8.99. Orders totalling more than £50 are entitled to free delivery. These rates apply for mainland UK as well as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. 

 

For all international orders carriage is charged depending on location. 

Mainland UK orders are despatched by Royal Mail or Evri for orders under 2kg. (orders over £20 will be sent by tracked delivery, parcel arrival will be traceable).

Overseas orders will be sent via the most appropriate parcel carrier (overseas deliveries will be traceable).
